Meet the Team
Harry has over 16 years’ experience in the Natural Gas Industry from Accounting to strategy-focused, forward thinking analysis for solid business solutions to optimize real-time energy trading. His past responsibilities include, daily Transportation and Storage optimization, Account Manager, Fixed Price and Basis position management, Scheduling, Risk Management, Physical Gas Accounting, Pricing and Structuring, and Producer Services. In addition to Natural Gas he has experience with NGL (purity and Y-grade) and Coal. He has a BS in Finance from the University of South Florida and an Accounting Certificate from Virginia Commonwealth University.
Austin has been on the founding team of multiple businesses in the real estate and energy sectors over the past 7-years. In his prior roles, he has been responsible for developing a $20 million clean energy technology, venture capital negotiations, international licensing agreements with companies located in China, Australia, and Canada. At Mid-Atlantic, Austin leads new client integrations from system setup to ongoing operations. He has experience in production and midstream assets. Austin is a graduate of Virginia Tech (B.S., Building Construction) and the Robins School of Business at the University of Richmond (MBA).
Bruce has over thirty-nine years of energy experience holding various positions required to produce a strong record of achieving financial success. Proven skills in organically growing profitable businesses in large and small organizations. Skills include managing wholesale trading and marketing operations, market analyses, new business development, strategic planning, financial risk management, contract negotiations, and information systems. Bruce is a graduate of Virginia Tech (B.S. Civil Engineering).
Chris joined the team in April 2018. He has a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Virginia, which is complimented by a minor in Economics. Chris spent three years as a process and reliability engineer before joining the team.
Darren has over 19 years of experience in the gas industry. Over this period of time, he has gained and expertise in scheduling, trading, pricing, operations, and supply chain management. Darren has a B.B.A. in Finance from James Madison University.

Production Asset Manager
Meghan joined the team in August 2018. She has a B.S. in Mathematics and Education from the State University of New York College at Geneseo as well as a M.Ed. from the State University of New York at Buffalo. Before joining Mid-Atlantic, Meghan obtained her M.B.A. in Business Administration and Management from Virginia Commonwealth University.
Midstream Asset Manager
Trey joined the team in Sep. '19. He has a B.S. in Accounting from Virginia Commonwealth University, an A.S. in Business Administration from J. Sargeant Reynolds College, and is currently completing his M.B.A at the Robins School of Business at the University of Richmond. Before joining Mid-Atlantic, Trey gained natural gas scheduling, marketing, and operations experience as an employee of a Fortune 200 energy company. Trey also has three years of experience as an accountant for a public accounting firm.
Trey also enjoys hanging out with his family, as well as playing most all major sports. Trey was a three-year captain of club flag football teams while working on his undergraduate degree, and would often be found playing pickup basketball games in the gym.
